Be 100 into 65w 1x12?

Could I do this safely at Lower volumes. Just downsized and the 4x12 is not in the living room. Have a 1x12 dirty Shirley and want to use the be100 into this as well to practice. Have a fryette power station on the way so I know I'll be good then but in the meantime would this be safe at volume of 2-3?

If not could I safely pull the outer 2 tubes and run it at 50 watts?

Just flip the half power switch and halve your impedence setting, that is if you have a half power switch...my older BE has one.

No half power switch on mine. Newer ones don't have it. Would be a really great feature to have though

Mine's got a half power switch too, tried it at a gig and it made no appreciable difference in volume, it was just as fakin loud ...

Yea my dirty Shirley is just as loud as the be100. Not stressin the volume. Just want to play it through the same 1x12 as the dirty Shirley. The half power switch would be nice for that
