BE-50 Deluxe power amp tubes amp biasing

Trying out new power amp tubes. What’s the recommended plate voltage for el34 and el34ls?

It came stock with EHX EL34s. I have JJ EL34Ls in now and it sounds great. Nice open sound. Man I love this amp the longer I own it. Are the stock EHX tubes a Soft, Med, or Hard variant? Anyone know?
