Still loving the amp. Don't know if it's just me, but the amp's tone seems to have sweetened/improved a bit the more I've played it(got it new) When checking over the amp, I noticed Dave's initials on the side of the chassis.....For the sake of curiosity, does that mean Dave checks the tone of the amps before they go out?
Does the HBE mode render gooseing the front end with a slight clean boost or hot pickups obsolete? I ask because from posts I've read the be100 seems to like certain pickup/guitar combinations better than others, or rather Dave may have had certain guitar/pickup voicings in mind/use when voicing the amp. I don't know how my rg550 with air zone would stack up getting the most out of the amp.
Either way, killer amp. Sounds great with my m75 loaded CAA 4x12.
