I'm sure you guys have seen/heard his YT channel before. I love watching him break songs down...LOVE it!

Anyways... here he is breaking down Symphony of Destruction... good vibes to DM with this!

I've been watching him for a bit and I have the Beato book which is pretty heavy reading. Watch him as he is listening to this and notice his face during the parts. That's someone who is really enjoying the music. He has done Faith No More and Mastodon which are two of my favorite bands. Great channel overall compared to the Thomann(or insert any gear company) schill channels.

BTW its nice to find channels that arent sponsored with fucking mobile games or dollar shave club. I can just see Glenn Fricker playing an online game or Fluff and the dollar shave club. GTFO

I've been watching his videos for a while now, I really enjoy his stuff. For somebody older and has been in the business for a long time it's really cool to see his enthusiasm. I'm glad he's made a living out of something he loves.

Yeah that guy really loves music. During the Megadeth episode he is pointing to the speakers during the solo and smiling. That was me as a young kid listening to music before I got jaded.

If you guys have the extra cash check out the Beato Book. It's enough to keep you busy for quite awhile.

The what makes this song great with Max Martin is bloody amazing.
I hate contemporary pop music but as a production, that song is fookin brilliant.

Beato is one of the only YouTube channels I really pay attention too anymore. He covers a wide array of bands and his passion for the music is second to none.

i so appreciate folks who geek-out (like me) on all the small/not so small, things that go into a song...the mix, the bass line on the kick drum, the keys with the drums, the sound of the snare,...on and on. He gets into the weeds. the cat can play too...

You gotta love how he digs into the ascending bass line during the chorus to show how it works with the descending guitar line.

Awesome video.

I have to agree the chorus riff is completely amazing in this song. Covers so much ground and is just so dark to me. I saw someone post recently in another thread about Metallica and said something along the lines of there is no doubt the Metallica he fell in love with was because of Dave and Cliff. Absolutely agree. Dave is a monster, while I never liked his voice the music was usually killer, even the latest album is very good.
