You just described the ENTIRE pedal AND amplifier market. almost everything is a clone or derivative.

International law, etc, its a mess. Anyway mooer and joyo copy everything as, well, many JHS circuits are not his etc.

Behringer bought tc helicon and has rehoused many as TC also now
