I just wanted to give a shoutout to a couple individuals who have gone above and beyond for me, and have a customer for life.

Mike Package of Switchback Guitarworks: Mike has done so much for me it's not even funny. He stands behind his guitars like nobody in the business. He answers his emails with lightening speed and is incredible thorough in his responses. Truly, someone who is reinventing the boutique guitar experience. He has a customer for life!!!

Dave Friedman: I purchased a second hand Friedman modded Marshall that ended up with some issues. I posted about it in the Friedman forum hoping to troubleshoot. Dave himself responded and told me to send the amp to him, he'd fix it for free. Amazing! Dave has never received a dime from me and he is going to fix my amp. What a kick ass guy!

Thanks!

I have two Switchback guitar and they are great, Mike is a great dude.

Dave has modded two amps for me and I have owned three of his production models. He's always taken care of me and always willing to answer my questions and even help me out when building my own amps.

Both get great customer service reviews from me!

It's a great feeling when customer service is truly a positive experience.
People and business who who care and give great service need to get their name on websites and threads like this.

So BUMP for awesome customer service!

Thanks guys I try my best. It's hard being as busy as I am.

Friedman Customer Service is A+!!! Dave is a true gentleman. Hope to get the funds for a SS-100.

I have no experience with Dave F, but I can tell you that Mike is ridiculously good with going above and beyond for people that AREN'T EVEN BUYING A COMPLETE GUITAR FROM HIM. I cannot say enough good things, and I will own a Switchback someday. Mike, you've been warned!

BTW, Cam, I purchased the album a few weeks back on Amazon, and I can't stop listening to it. Even with the growly bits that I'm not a fan of, fantastic songs, themes, production, and the guitar work was out of this world. Awesome!

What Switchback guitar did you buy? Just curious. Not really much talk about his guitars.

I personally own a Switchback Country Boy "Single Wide" (Esquire type)
Yes... the customer service experience was amazing. Feel like I got a total steal on this guitar. So awesome to see it come together on Instagram as well.
The neck plays like butter. Couldn't be happier. MIKE ROCKS!!!

Thanks so much dude! I really appreciate it!

Here are my two Switchbacks:

Country Boy and Miura. They are officially the first two non prototype's of each model.

Nice! Surprised - no neck pickup? I'd probably get a Tele if anything from him.

It's routed for a neck pup- Mike also sent me a pickguard with a neck pup cutout if I wanted to go that direction. Really enjoying the simplicity of this single pup setup though!

Dave's first class!! Great products the SS-100 is great!! When I need to do a re-tube he offered to upgrade to the two button foot switch boost option free!! Just killer service!!
