Best low wattage plexi type kits?

I want to begin building a plexi type amp. Something that gets a good classic plexi vibe, up to more of a hot rodded tone. I'd prefer a kit with an effects loop as well as lower wattage.

So far, I've looked at Trinity, Mojotone, and Tube-Town (but they are in Germany). Any others that I should consider?
