A friend of mine was taking the Paul Gilbert online lessons. I think he was very happy with the lessons. There are some free demos, Tell John I sent you over I bought His 20th Anniv Marshall from him.

Bruce Boulliet is giving lessons on Skype, and Carl Roa on here gives really good Skype Lessons and is a great guy.

I like guitarmasterclass, I've been there a while. Loads of lessons, based on short musical pieces that focus on the less subject(s). Feedback can be given if you upload your take, then there is Video chats and mentoring with some of the instructors as well.
It's a great place for rock and metal, but still has a fair few country, blues, funk lessons etc.
