Hell yes!!!! Get the tone you want and have your amp back in a couple weeks, not 6 months!!
2 weeks, Brian has done 2 amps for me, less than a week on each one
Little over 2 weeks for me and that was door to door. Doesn't get any better than that.

I will take Mike's years of experience, his vast years working on other's amps, and the way he builds them as he is a monster player so he knows what an amp should feel like.

I just took the Sally Struthers course in TV/VCR Repair...does that count?   Mike does great stuff and from his reputation his service is also tops....that said I have my fair share of experience and while I'm not a "monster player" I know how to make an amp respond. The best thing to do is as someone mentioned...talk to different guys and see if they do what you want.

BTW That Sally Struthers 240 watt rectifier she made it the 70's was incredible!!!!

That Sally Struthers course is way underrated, man. I built a killer toaster/alarm clock/coffee maker when i took that course.

Fwiw, I have never waited for 6 months for anything from Mike.

I have been to his shop and the amount of amps he has there to work on would make anyone's wait time be a bit longer.

+1

I just had some work done on my Cali mod (including adding a clean channel) and door to door it was 3 weeks.
