can i check the bias on the Sig-x with the Weber Bias rite or do i need a Multimeter?

i went ahead and grabbed a multimeter, biased it to 140 low and 110 high.
made a hell of a deference for the better!
for some reason changing the low changed the high right with it?
don't know if i did it right? i just plugged into an 8ohm cab as that's usually what i run ( two 16ohm cabs) and tested while running through there? damned those bias pots don't need to be moved much!
when i opened it up, it was around 106 high and i think 126 low? kindda forgot the low setting?
anyways, i'm gonna play it awhile and then maybe move it or something else, unless somebody wants to pay $2666 for it.
but yea, i got too much stuff and somethings gotta go?
