She's 1/2 Jamaican not black.

They're pushing the Black thing because there's 47.9 million blacks and only 1.2 million Jamaicans in America.
What is the practical difference? Black Americans and black Jamaicans both generally came from the same places.

The Jamaicans I worked with in Healthcare didn't consider themselves Black Americans. That would be a downgrade. Their words not mine. They consider themselves Jamaican American or Jamericans as some would say.

Her Father considered himself a Jamaican American not a Black Man.

Take a guess what most European blacks call American blacks. I'll give you a hint, it's not "African American".

Sounds like she’s Jamaican when it suits her and black when it suits her.

She's Indian. From the Slapaho tribe.
True. She/they started pushing the Black card in recent years as they're only 4.9 million India Americans

1.2 Million Jamaicans
4.9 Million Indian Americans
47.9 Million Blacks

There's more votes to gain in being a Black Women.

This is an important point for the election.

Much like I see Biden's failures in not only his politics, but also his children; I see it in Kamala's lack of experience with "raising" her 20 somethings stepchildren as well as her personal self ambitions that led her to not have her own. People can obviously choose not to have children, but I believe her drive behind that was likely attributed to her concern for her career path being stronger than her natural instincts. I'm sure she's not at all self-absorbed. Anyways, my guess is that she's a POS despite how she identifies.

What makes someone black? Serous question.
