not really similar, but in the ballpark
it's a bit brighter, but with a sweeter high end
the mids are clearer and crunchier
it definitely has more of a 80's old school metal vibe than the sh-5
I love it in my jap les paul, specially for Pantera and some classic metal and hard rock
and the neck model is the best pickup I've ever played
I highly recommend you to order the matched set
just make sure to have it in a mahogany guitar

Cool! Looking at that tone chart, the Coldsweat seems to be the right choice for me. It will be going into a Les Paul Traditional.
