blue flame charvel value

Thinking of selling my #2 of 25 blue flame charvel. I could have sworn I saw a thread here or on the gear page or somewhere (JCF?) where they were selling for quite a bit. Couldn't find that anywhere, none for sale on eBay, etc. Anyone else remember this or have a link to a thread for value?

I am *not* taking offers on the guitar, just want to see what current market value is before I decide to sell or not. I also EMG'd it and the guitar had a decent ding in the back when I got it.

I have no idea about the value but it's a great looking guitar !
 
I've never seen them go for much more than any of the other original Pro-Mods, even though they were limited production. That said, its been a couple of years so maybe things have changed. An auction would most likely be your best bet.
 
There was a poster here that was stating over $1800, cannot remember if it was in the spam forum or general conversation here. I have not seen one go for that price though.

Yeah, that must have been what I saw. It was crazy high, but I had no idea or not if it sold or he just threw it up for that high a price and ran with it.

If it's worth is a hundred or so more than a regular recent Charvel USA strathead, then I'd rather sell one of my others. I'm just getting rid of some good guitars to buy some GREAT guitars.

...plus I have a custom Tom Anderson built to my specs coming in this week :D

I haven't seen any of those sell recently. I also think the best bet would be an auction with a reserve.
