I have some really old blues records, been a huge blues fan my whole life.
I know some decent licks but i really should learn some more.

Never seen or heard of this film - but IMMEDIATELY recognized the younger player as Roger Mosely, best known as T.C. in the original 80's Magnum P.I. series. R.I.P Roger. You gave the world so many unforgettable characters and performances.

Cautionary Tale for Children:

In the late 80s my older brother and I shared an apartment during college. We were devout Magnum fans and watched every Thursday. Sadly, he and I have become completely estranged and haven't spoken in over 8 yrs. Not even the loss of our father last Jan broke the ice. Every time I run into Magnum reruns on cable, I catch as many as I can and am reminded of younger, happier times. Don't let this happen if there is any way to avoid or prevent it.

Why not just give him a call or meet, reach out? The worst that can happen is he won't want to talk in which case you've lost nothing. Sorry to hear this. I lived with my bro during college we didn't always get along growing up but he plays drums for me today.
