Bogner 3534 ground loop hum

Can`t seem to get an answer on the Bogner forum, so try it here then.
That obnoxious noise he gets when engaging the loop would be a dealbreaker to me (21:20-). Is this an inherent flaw to the 3534 or is his amp defect?

Most likely Bogner`s qc is not the best.

This was a noted issue when the amp was first released.
Is it a low serial number? If it is I remember there being
a fix for it.

Seems like most the Bogners I've had have noisy and/or tone altering loops. I've heard of multiple models needing a loop update. I don't get it. Just put a metro-type loop in from the factory and be done with it already.

I got a new one straight from Bogner last summer and I thought overall it was a pretty noisy amp, especially considering the pricepoint.

I had an early one and the loop was really loud and hissy. That was a deal breaker for me. The loop on my Atma is dead quiet. I wonder why they could have not used the same loop in the the 3534.
