Bogner Amplifiers Update for 2012

Hey Guys,

I had dinner with Reinhold, Rob, Jorge, and Greg V last weekend and had a great time. I had met Reinhold before at NAMM but I really got to get to know him on a different level discussing things from the guitar industry, tone, guitars, digital modeling, music in general, Buddhism, zen and life.

Admittedly he is not a big computer/forum user so he asked me to pass on to you guys that he is about to launch a brand new website from Bogner in 2012 which as he explains it to me will be as artistic as it is informative and almost cinematic in quality.

They also have some cool new things being debuted at the the NAMM show next month I am not at liberty to divulge until the show but be sure to keep an eye out.

I gotta say as guitar players we really are blessed to have engineers and designers like Reinhold, Peter Diezel, Dave Friedman, Cliff Chase, John Suhr, Mark Cameron, Ossie Ashen, Dan Bohl and a few others I am sure I have missed.

I will pass on more here in the forum when I get them from Reinhold and Jorge at Bogner.

I still get a huge laugh at some of the stuff Reinhold does at NAMM!! There is a good story of him Biting Steve Lukather in the Balls when I was there a few years back but I cannot confirm or deny it ever happened (all in good fun of course) Crazy good stuff

I'm sure that he will have some cool stuff at NAMM

The ONE year that I have to miss NAMM.... crap!!!!!

Reinhold is truly an amp genius. I got to play a old Prototype Bogner at Tone Merchants 2 years ago, that was, hands down, the most magical sounding amp I've heard in my life.

He is more like a painter, most amp design guys I know are more numbers guys, He is definitely more painter than math guy.
