I have a sweet Bogner Duende 2x10 greenback combo. Was having an issue with it blowing fuses after a few years of working fine. I use it at very very low volumes in my living room. Sounds absolutely killer and I love this thing for this use, every guitar sounds awesome thru it at any volume clean and dirty (does about VH level of gain with boost pulled. After consulting with Bogner I replaced the rectifier tube, then both power amp tubes and it worked fine for a while. Then out of the blue it blew a fuse again. Replaced it, worked fine until Friday night when it blew a fuse again (always the one in the power cord enclosure). I replaced it but it (the amp) wont even light up, dead, nothing. Checked the other fuse and it is fine, replaced it anyway and still nothing, no light no nothing. Any ideas? Appreciate any help before I consider sending it to Bogner. Tried several power cables, and different known good outlets. Thanks guys

How long did the power tubes last? Did you rebias when you replaced the tubes? I would try new power tubes and check the bias. You may have had a weak one or incorrect bias burning them out prematurely.

Brand new from Dougs tubes, bias'd (hot) as most if these are per Bogner with Compubias, I believe it was 28 mA. Anyway, would that cause unblown fuses and no indicator light and no tube lighting? Its like its dead, like no power kind of thing.

If it doesn't power up at all now, and previously was blowing fuses I would say its probably your power transformer unfortunately. Had the same exact scenario with a modded Ceriatone and it was the PT. Good luck.
