Bogner Headshell Replacements

So I purchased a 20th Anniversary Ecstasy used, the seller did a pretty bad job of packaging the amp and he's now in the wind. Long story short the headshell got some mild damage during shipping. Does Bogner sell headshell replacements? I've emailed Jorg at Bogner, but no response. Any help would be appreciated!

I've gotten on from them in the past, but it's been probably 4 years or so ago. Not sure about now, but Jorg is usually pretty good about getting back to folks. I contacted them for a 4x12 caster about a week ago, took Jorg a couple of days to get back to me but he did.

I bought a Duende head shell last year.

It was $475 + shipping so it’s not cheap

It took me several emails to get a response but they’ll eventually respond and help you if they can.

They are a very small company with only Jorge and Reinhold responding to emails

They actually got back to me and got the replacement, it worked out pretty good. They are pretty busy so it did take some time.
