Main & HT fuses are easily accessible from the back of the amp. Read on the back of the amp to find what fuse you need to replace it with 
As a matter of fact Bogner took a step further & printed bias instructions & all the other necessary info right on the amp.
To reach individual fuses for power tubes you will need to take the amp out of the shell. Flip the amp on the side & this is what you should see (the amp must be turned off, don't lean the amp on tubes, don't touch anything inside the amp, it can be life threatening, remove and install new fuses with isolated pliers):
Replace with 5amp 250v slo-blow 5x20mm.
All the fuses can be purchased at Radioshack or equivalent.
