Boogie v30 vs Bogner v30

Can anyone tell me if there is much of a difference between Boogie v30's and the V30's that Bogner uses?

I remember reading on TGP once where some guy just got into expensive gear and bought a bunch of Bogner stuff and was saying how Bogner used better material like the wood in the cabinets, and they picked better sounding speakers than what Mesa used in their cabinets.

Mesa uses 8 ohm speakers for the most part, and these are made in the UK for Mesa. Bogner used to use 8 ohm V30's and they were UK made. The new Bogner cabs are 16 ohm and the V30's are from China.

Sound difference? I don't know. Quality of construction, noticeable. If I have a choice I go UK.
