Never heard of that issue before. Does it still do that with just the DD-3 engaged?

does it do that on all settings/modes ?

when you try it by itself does it work fine? is it getting enough juice/power ? (needs around 50ma or so)

the sound coming out sounds like some kind of weird oscillation effect when you put the repeats on full, and fiddle with the time knob

No idea. Try it with just the delay. Unplug the other pedals.

Sounds like Slenderman is in your DD-3, get that shit out of your house and throw out the camera or it will be the last you've seen of a normal happy life.

It does it all the time. I think I'm gonna take it back to GC with my receipt and warranty information and get a replacement.

UPDATE:

Okay, I discovered today that if the pedals are running alone, they work fine. But if they run together, I get that noise. I'm thinking there could be an issue with my loop.

Any ideas??

UPDATE TWO:

This is a well-documented problem with the Single Rectoverbs. The loop is a series FX loop and it is notorious for fighting with Boss delay pedals and parametric EQ's...both of which I have. It looks like I will have to get it modded into a parallel loop if I want to use more than one pedal at a time in it.
