Has anybody played on any of the BRBS amps? Not too many here in the states. A few videos and a demo by Doug R.

Most interested in the Vintage Class 3+. 50 watts in a pretty portable size with 3 channels and several tweaking options.

I have played a BE-50 Deluxe as a reference to the type of amp I am after. The BE-50 sounded really nice. It is a little more upper mid focused than I like. In Doug R's video of the Class 3+ it sounded maybe a little thicker in general than the BE-50.

I don't see hardly any posts about them on TGP or around here.

I have never even heard of these but I will be checking out some videos. Thanks for the heads up, sorry I have no info for you.

Italian Dave Friedman. Great amps, though I like more his Marshall based stuff than his modern multi channel amps (not sure he still makes em). Super high quality, and most important the guy has good ears.

Compared to an amp like the Friedman BE-50 Deluxe are his is multi channel amps similar to that take on a Marshall or is the BRBS different. More Mesa?

I've heard His channel switchers at some guitar shows so I don't have real experience with hem, but they didn't wound very Marshally to me, way less abrasive and raw, more educate and polished, but though they still don't have the EQ of a Mesa.

This gives an idea

With that said, iirc he accepts mods and customizations so you may ask him for some tweaks.

Never even heard of these before but that video sounds killer

Yup, like said the guy has good ears, I dig his Marshall mods a lot also. A friend of mine got a 1959RI that was later modded by BRBS and sounds crushing.
