Trying out the BSM Treble Booster. I got two. This is the 71/73 CM.

I'm also amazed that these amplifiers haven't caught on yet lol. Ralph, I've owned quite a few boutique Marshall clones, 3 Germinos, Reinhardt, Blockhead, Soultone, etc.
This YJM had what I llok for in a Strat/ Marshall tone as soon as I turned it on.
The best part is that it HAS a built-in boost, but the fun starts when you turn it off and put anything in front, from fuzzes to OD's, etc. These BSM's are the shit for a Blackmore tone. The tone on the vids isn't dialed, it's just everything at noon, Y-Jacked and both Volumes dimed!

Carl,
I'm glad that you said that because I felt the same way when I plugged into one of these.
The first time I played one I was like anyone looking for a Killer Marshall tone should be happy with one of these and yet the amp is still being met with some resistance hahaha!
Anyway, I dig these amps so much that I took one for myself![]()
I think that they did a killer Job with these!
On another note, how much do you want to bet that 5 + years from now that these will be the new Hot Item to collect on Ebaylol.

Sounds great, wish I could pick this amp up.
OK, that is what I remember you saying. Yeah the HS-3 is just too weak imo, you had to just destroy the front end of an amp to get things cooking with that pup.cupcaketwins":1jffbnvd said:Digital Jams":1jffbnvd said:I thought you liked the SD YJMs?

Definitely prefer the Duncans in this 2011 Yngwie. This has deeper scallops too.
I did NOT like the Dimarzio HS-3 in my old one. Very weak, no tone, no output and difficult balancing the 3 PU's volumes
