Hi, Dave.
I've read and heard different ideas about buffer placement.
Put it before everything, but then it may screw with how your fuzzes and overdrives react.
Or put it after everything to make up for the collective tonal losses of going through all of those pedals and then driving the 30ft. cable to the amp. Could you tell me where you'd place a buffer (or more than one) in my signal chain?
Here are the pedals in order:

-loop box for Ibanez Echo Machine (slap back)
-Way Huge Foot Pig
-EVH phase 90
-Centaur od
-loop box for HBE Detox EQ, Rotovibe, and modded Ibanez AD9 delay(all 3 in one loop)
-loop box to feed Radial Big Shot Mixer pedal (which has the following in it's loop so I can make and blend loops with my regular signal-Jam Man Solo-Line 6 delay-volume pedal(to adjust the loop level)-Catalinbread Montavillian delay)
-out to amp.
I have an MXR Bradshaw buffer right now. Will this do the trick? Is there one that works better or one that you personally dig more than another?
Thanks for your help. Everyone else please feel free to chime in as well.

Put it after the foot pig. Yes you can use the cae one. I have one coming out that is a discreet buffer that reacts very tube like. Would be around in about a month..

Excellent. Thanks for the tip. I look forward to checking out your buffer when it's ready.
Take care,
Mike
