Bugera 6260 into Blackstar HT-5R?

Hey guys! I recently acquired a Bugera 6260 combo amp from a buddy for super cheap...This thing is wayyyyy too loud though and I don't really want to put a bunch of money into an attenuator or iso cab, etc...It has a preamp out line, can I safely use it into the fx loop return of my Blackstar HT-5R so long as I keep the speakers connected and the volume all the way down on the Bugera? Does that sufficiently maintain the speaker load, etc to keep from damaging amp? Thanks in advance!!!

Why wouldn't it work? Coming out of the send into the return of another amp? I do it all the time, no problem. Am I missing something here?
