Looking to get another GMW strat head but they are hard to find (with all of my specs) especially since Lee doesn't make them (I'm a few years late lol)

I've got a magical GMW San Dimas strat in and it's a H-S-S, body top mount floyd rose (no pull up+d-tuna, plus perfect spot for my wrist) and maple neck (based on WDMs slightly thicker).

Wondering if I can make another "SoCal" and have someone like Musikraft build me the body etc? I'm looking for unique specs and honestly the world of 6 string guitars has soo many f'n options I'm killing myself (I got heavily into 7s but no more)

So anyone have experience with Musikraft/USAGC - do they make good necks/bodies? I've researched Musikraft but can't seem to tell which neck profiles I want because they're not labelled as anything recognizable to me. Looking for a san dimas but maybe slightly thicker.

Want these speces:
Pickguard mounted
strat like top jack
top mounted floyd rose (no pullup, resting on the body)
1 11/16" nut (where has this been all my life - so easy with my big fingers)
Birds eye maple neck and fretboard

Thoughts? Advice? Should I just grab an existing charvel and use it's parts or the body to make a better guitar?

EDIT: I'm searching the forum but the threads are from 6+yrs ago! but still finding stuff.

I know that lol - but I'm wondering now without paying for a CS Charvel how can I get what I want?

Warmoth makes good shit, google them or "Charvel kits" ... or something like that.

Both George Lynch & EVH made their own guitars from scraps at the Charvel factory way back when.

I've searched and found that Warmoth doesn't do the Charvel Strat headstocks. Few names have been seen on here including musikraft and USAGC.

Try Ebay ...

Only by from Japan, Canada or US and try to buy from "top rated sellers".

Musikraft makes great necks. I got a thin C profile for a Hendrix type strat build, roasted, and it's very nice. They offer Pro Mod C and Pro Mod D profiles which are based off Charvels.

Steve Henning would be able to tell you a bunch about them....

You want to contact Mitch at KnE guitars in Ventura CA. He sells a san dimas style body and could do some custom stuff for you. I've ordered from him and have been happy. The guitar in my avatar is a Kne body with a 1983 Charvel neck.
