Well as most of you know, I modded the Peavey Butcher, and I couldnt decide on an EQ curve with the mids, I kept switching between two capacitors, and decided fuck it why not install a switch and have both, so here's a pic of her all put back together. for those of you interested....

Next is modding the Headshell, I'm gonna take the Slant out of the front, as well as on the chassis, Retolex it in Green, and put a new grill in it...

That's all well and good, but WHAT DOES IT SOUND LIKE?!?!?!?! :x

:D

I just ordered a Korg D1200 recorder so clips will be coming soon...

She sounds AWESOME!!!

I had some help with the mod design from Brent Gutierrez (who is working on an amp design for HBE) and Mark Cameron.....as well as Olaf.

Are those the settings you use in the pic???

bass 10
mids 0

:( :( :(

yea, but this amp on that specific setting with the switch has plenty of mids.... :)

The switch down will scoop the mids so, I can dial them in to where I like them.....

I'm not a "mid scooper" although I do have the mid switch set up to do that, so I can boost my bottom end, but I can dial in my mids without sacrificing my lowend....
