Cab speaker options....used 4x12

Local G.C. has a used 4x12,beat up,but priced accordingly.
It says its Eminance loaded. Was/is that stock?

Not a fan. German made cabs with GK100's or V30's way to go.
 
USA cabs are decent for the right price. I'd replace the speakers tho.
 
My friend had a USA-made Diezel cab, x-pattern, that sounded better than either of my brand new Diezel German-made cabs when we first compared them, mine were brand new, and his cab had been around for at least 5 or more years.

However, I have learned since those days that cabs and speakers need to be broken in over time which might have been the reason it sounded better than my cabs.

You might say you really like that cab since it might be really broken in but this also depends upon what kind of amp is going to be matched up with it.
