Cable/Trace Arrangement in DIY 2203 Clone?

Hi guys,
I am currently building a TAD MV kit and came up with some questions for the the arrangement of the cables/traces inside the chassis. Rule of thumb is, that everything carrying VAC like heater supply or voltage before rectification should be twisted together and out of the way.

What about the connections of the output transformer, both secondary and primary? Sometimes I see them twisted together, sometimes not. Does it matter?
And, is it ok, if the primary and secondary cables of the OT are in close approximation like in the picture below (red arrow) or should they be kept apart to avoid any interference?

Of course, any other tips and tricks are always welcome ;)
