I don't think so...maybe if he feels that his son Ian could do it. But he can't do it.

Why is that?

Well he has no time to do it. Period.

Hey Steve, long time no see! Still got to have some of the Egnater goodness eh? :) I'm kind thinking of grabbing one of those Renegade 65's myself, they sounded good in the NAMM clips.

Yessir!! Eggie fan from way back. As I have said many times, the best live tone at an outdoor gig I ever had was a TOL100 with a TOS mod thru a Marshall 4X12.

Back in the eggie family aye s-man?

I've been rockin my tos/tol with great vigor as of late...

outdoors with my peacemaker is where I had my all time tone moment but the eggie crushes too!

I'm using the tol mostly on ch 1 and 3 almost like a two channel amp

Ch 4 is there if I need to flutter and works great with a bb preamp or Hermida dual boost

Ch 3 -- i almost have to dedicate the whole amp to make that channel work how I want it to
It's got a tighter modern clean than ch 1 on low gain/master settings but doesn't do exactly what I want (srv to robben gain levels) unless I add the right amount of compressor and tube screamer or Zendrive type pedals

Its the same mod that was on the latter amps right? a switch on the dirty that cut the gain back. I know what that was since I was around when Bruce and I r&d it. I could do the mod for you no problem. Dave

Steve, yeah it was on the amps latter. What it did was reduce the gain of the channel. Its a easy mod

Steve, Dave and a few other folk have also done some very good mods on the modular stuff. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
