I have a NY med card but not sure of federal guidelines.

Dispensary had no clue.

Need to stash 3 bones for a trip.

Was thinking of burying them in my cigar humidor but that may be to obvious

Msybe in a sock or rolled up T shirt.

Cant buy any where im going
 
Federal law prevails.

I used to do all kinds of things back in the day. Bury in a ciggarette pack. Slit open the top of some Folgers instant packages, the red ones. Put them in a clean, washed out, shampoo container. Shit like that.

I'd say you'd be more concerned with drug sniffing dogs than anything. Honestly, even if they found it, they will just throw it away (or smoke it). They won't arrest you. My .311 cents. :dunno:

Don’t do it bro. Against fed law. They will slam you for interstate drug smuggling…pwid but across state lines. Easy conviction and they don’t care because it’s all a win for them.

Another got a dui..same thing. Another got a firearm charge because he was with a buddy who got pulled over and they found some.22 shells. He got 7 years for that. Moral of the story- THEY ARE EVIL AND THEY DON’T GIVE A FUCK. They will scare you to death by threatening you with the max sentence on whatever they charge you with. Then they will offer you a terrible deal that is better than the max. Then they will tell you about the 96% prosecution rate and if you don’t take the deal they will go for the max. They will also want to know if there’s anybody you want to snitch on so they can blast them with a conspiracy charge. Plus not many people can afford a good lawyer for a fed case. It’s all bad homie.

Hemp derived THC under 3% per dry weight (As found in some gummies) is arguably legal under federal law. That might make a potential charge less appealing. ?‍♂️
 
OK, so if he makes oil from it first (soaking in a solvent), leaving the raw material at 1970s-level potency, he should be good-to-go.
