Hi,

I have just gotten a captor x and downloaded the wall of sound plugin.

Any amp I seem to try is part of the “boutique” range and has an extremely annoying sound cut out every 30 seconds or so.

I have looked on the help page of the official website where this issue is acknowledged but not offering any solutions on how to fix it.

Arrrrrrghhhhhhh!

I have also just spent the past hour looking at YouTube videos and down Google rabbit holes and it seems that I am the only person ever to encounter this.

If there is anyone who could offer some advise on this I would be very grateful as I’m really starting to pull my hair out over it.

Many thanks,

Liam.

I have a captor x but I use it with the torpedo remotes which you can download from the two notes captor x page “ https://www.two-notes.com/en/torpedo-series/torpedo-captor-x/ “ at the very bottom. It works very similar as wall of sound but is designed to work with the the captor x. If you go to virtual cab and select either 4 x 12, 2 x 12. Basically you get 32 free cabs and any others you have to pay for from the the torpedo store but you get the basics to get you up and running such as a Bogner 4 x 12, Mesa 4 x 12 and more. The reason you are getting 30 seconds of play time is you are in preview mode on the wall of sound which is cabs that don’t come with the captor x. I would download the remote as works directly with the captor x.

One more thing if you are scrolling through cabs in the display you are are in preview Mode if you click on the top right corner that says cabinet that will sow you the cabinets you have access to.

If I understand the issue you’re describing, you don’t want to see the demo amp models, just de-select the “online”. You can also de-select “computer” and the only amps listed will be the ones that are on the CaptorX.

Thanks for getting back. I’ll give that a go also.
