Captor x output level question

Hi All,

when routing Captor x into identical channel sets in my UA Apollo no effects, set to +4
and using a stereo , or even dual mono setting on captor, L and R setup identical, no room or verb or twin tracker Etc…I’m consistently getting a much hotter signal printing on the L channel. By a good few db
is this normal?

That's a new one to me, best thing to do would be open a help desk ticket and let the guys on there work out what is happening!
