I'm thinking of swapping my G12K-100 for a Fane Medusa 150; but I'm wondering if it's worth all the hassle. Does anyone have any experience with both? I know they're voiced similar, but the Fane has me very curious.
Some differences in specs include:
Fane: ferrite magnet, 150w, 103 db sensitivity, 2" voice coil, freq range 80-6200 hz
Celestion: ceramic magnet, 100w, 99 db sensitivity, 1.75" voice coil, freq range 80-5500 hz
Other than the specs I listed they are pretty much the same.
