Hey all.

I'm getting an Einstein 50 at some point this week and I like the idea of swapping out the valves.

The only amp I've ever changed valves in is the Boogie Mark IV. It was fixed bias, so I just swapped as I pleased, no fuss.

How do I swap valves on the Einstein? I'm looking forward to trying different sets and don't want to have to pay for a professional each time.

Please use BASIC language as I know nothing about this :p

Hi

I can reccomend this equipment. Makes the biasing easy and is safe and simple to do. Very similar to Bias rite..

Possibly preferable to just using a meter as you can see each tube indivdually and verify if you have in fact got a matched set.

This is what I got

Enjoy Einstein. Its a great amp. true tone monster!!!!

Obviously you can swap preamp valves without any of this.

Regards
