Channel switching an Einstien and a Herbert simultaneously

Hey all I am new here but I have a question: as you know the einstien has reg trs cable type channel switching whereas the Herbert has midi channel switching.... My goal is to switch channels on both amps simultaneously with a press of a button. I was going to look at the voodoo labs gcx and the ground control pro and also add a tc electronics g major 2. Any help would be appreciated
 
Midi pedal to Herbert Midi in - Midi Out Herbert to G-Major Midi in. From Switching jack of the Major with a stereo cable to Einsteins switching jack. This way you can switch over midi Herbert and Einstein.

Please note that G-System relays can take 30 ms to switch, and with some amps that could generate possible artifacts (apart from the latency). Some amps use 1 relay per channel (i.e. some Mesa Boogie)  and can be in a status where 2 channels can be on for a very short period (a few ms) that can result in a sudden jump of volume. Damping the strings will minimize it as a workaround, but it's unlikely that you will be able to to switch seamlessly while playing.
I got this off of TC's website ... Do you actually use the g major for channel switching ?
