Charvel Custom SHop sold at Target?

why is this sold like this? if you look over to the left side, you see the seller. strange selling though target?

No neck plate and it's an 80's custom shop. Also it has a "Custom Shop" logo on the headstock which started around 1995. Lots of red flags.

Says sold by music 123. Guess they are using target as a market place like walmart does to sell anything possible. Had a couple not so great experiences with 123. Others have raved about them. Ordered a stealth and it arrived packed in paper and moving around inside the box. Played for an hour and it crapped out. Sent it back and it took 18 business days to receive a full refund. Could have been bad luck but the lack of effort to refund my $ sent me to the " never again list of possible retailers. Ymmv

I have had equal experience with m123 and MF. Both can be flat out dumb with packaging.
