Charvel re-issue PU replacements?

What pickups do or did you run in yours?
Think I'm looking for a change.

The So CAl models all come with them.

Liked the guitar but there are no pick up options unless you replace them.

Another thing you can do is change the pot value. I heard some folks say they're 300k pots. You can up them to 500k and see how the pickups sound.

I put a SD Distortion in mine first replacing the TZ and it was an improvement, more upper mids, than changed the pot to a 500k and it got better.

I have the So-Cal.
