I'm moving to Texas I imported a guitar, paid $348 in Custom fees. Several months later my State sent me a bill for use tax. I called and tried to argue it. They said if I am using the guitar in this State I owe tax. Another 6%

That's a great deal. Regular Shiva's might be going for 1500 or less, but not the 20th Anni's. They are usually 1900-2100.

It's already sold, so I guess it didn't last long. I just got a 20th Shiva not too long ago and in my background before I made the deal, they've sold from cheapest $1800 (non Reverb model) up to about $2300 used on Reverb.

Yes. There are 2 more on GC right now for that price, been seeing them go for around that on Reverb. They aren't selling for $2100 anymore.
