When did they start using the Jackson headstock again?

Only things I would change about that is to make it a 24 3/4" scale, (I'm assuming it's not, but who knows), and get rid of that FUGLY 80's graphic! I love fretboards without inlays, especially an ebony board. I'm suprised as well to see the Jackson style headstock. I thought they got sued over that in the 90's?
