Thats the exact guitar I tried a few months back...you get what you pay for. It looked nice though.

I was wondering since the New Lynch Tiger ESP is all Chinese made....and so are most of the other guitars in the music stores today.

Seems like a good deal.
I know its not TOP NOTCH......but looks like it could be worth the bucks. ;)

Get an Edwards if you want a good import LP.
Honestly my Agile walks all over the Edwards I had. Finish wise, playability, tone, every aspect.

Edit* I did however, replace the bridge, tailpiece and bridge pup so I have almost as much as an Edwards or Gibson Studio in it.

I bought a Chinese LP Supreme knock-off a couple of years ago. Figured, how bad could it be. Worth the chance. Problem is, it needs a complete re-fret with fretboard level and all, the body wood is very soft, and the hardware all had to be replaced. It "looks" good, but it's useless for anything other than super high gain chug, since that's the only way to hide it's incredibly dull tone.

I know some guy that got one and refitted it with a lot "correct" parts plus a complete setup since it was shit fretwork, total cost was about 500 to get it playable.

Edwards is the way to go if you want one that looks and plays correct at least, the Agile has that ugly headstock.

It is ugly for sure.

I've played the "Gibson Supreme" knockoff....it was garbage. Poor craftsmanship, jagged fret ends, weak pickups. It was just nice to look at from afar lol

I really love my Tokai Bullseye though. Tokai really delivers the goods. The only thing I didn't care for were the stock tuners. Tossed on some Grovers right away, problem solved!

Anyone have or played one of these replicas?
Are they basically Epi's?
They look pretty decent.

A family member bought one for me last Christmas off of ebay not knowing it was the Chinese knockoff but I appreciated the thought. It actually looks really nice and plays pretty good. The frets were fine on mine and all the hardware was good. I took it to my setup guy and he did a truss adjustment and set up the action and intonation for me. I replaced the pickups with a set of the Zakk Wylde EMG pickups and it plays and sounds great. I use it as my Eb and Db flat guitar now. The chicks shaking there ass in the front row at shows don't know that it was made in China they just think it looks "pretty". If you take the black treble/ rhythm ring off from around the toggle switch you'd never tell the difference from the EPI. That being said, I woudn't pay more than $200 or $300 for it. Oh, I actually prefer the color of the chinese version over the Epi. The chinese version is more of a vanilla color and the Epi is more of a yellow. The Gibson Les Paul Bullseye is more of the vanilla color.

Balsa wood, unplayable pieces of shit... do not give them a penny of your hard-earned dollars...

What about the Indie LP Sam Hill posted in a video a while back?

^^^^^^ This. Run away as fast as you can. Check the http://www.rondomusic.com for inexpensive, quality guitars. My Agile 3100 is really nice.

To me, Agile guitars are kids guitars or guitars for beginners. Of course I base my opinion on owning and visiting their store in North Jersey. I would never own one again. :)
Well I'm neither a kid nor a beginner and I love my 3100. But then again, I don't really have any nice guitars.
