Chord vibrato, any practice methods?

I am taking 7th chords and such, I can do basic 1-3-5 bar chord vibratos. I have my thumb behind the neck, it is the way I learned how to play bass years ago and I brought that over to guitar.

eric johnson goes into detail on something along these lines on one of his vids. he actually talks about vibratoing one note more than the other in the chord to make it "pop" out. but was far as the whole chord scotty....? i havent seen documented technique for "Correct Chordal Vibrato".

Well, kind of like Sykes did in the 86 Whitesnake album with his basic bar 1-5-8 chords, he had that killer vibrato on those chords so I thought lets just do it on more complex chords.

It is tough for my small hands and the fat 7 string neck is not helping.

Funny you bring this up though, what John said I use today to evaluate what is on my mind and where I should be going

But yeah I gots me some chord vibrato now
