Recently got to play a clinic at MI with a new band I'm working with. Singer is my voice teacher at the school and the drummer is Nick Menza. Might be able to get some video next week

(this one was from a rehearsal the sunday before, but the g/f didn't take many good group pics at the clinic itself...   )

cool, looks like fun but man it would be a bit itimidating playing for a bunch of guitar obsessed music theory types  I prefer the half drunk John Q Public

Cool Colin! Are the sound guys still volume nazi's? We always had to keep the volume WAY down.

Nice hardwood flooring too....carpet when I was there. :)

Thx, George :)

I'm friends with the sound guys, so no, they didn't give us any problems, honestly. I played at regular gig volumes but certainly wasn't cranking the amp, either. And while I'm sure there were all sorts of arm chair critics in the audience, lol, we had a great crowd and response, lots of fun for sure.

DAAYUM!! Nick Meza huh? Sweet!!! Looks like fun man!

That's cool they don't say anything about the volume. They never gave me much grief, but some guys they would let have it! They used to have a really nice 2205 Marshall I always tried to play on.

That's not the same singer I was thinking of when we were talking before.

You'll get a good vid from it I bet. Looking forward to hearing some tuneage :)
