I found this amp over in Uli, Germany which was Reinhold's hometown. When I got it, the amp was a mess inside since a few techs had tried to go through it possibly to reverse engineer it. Well after a long wait I finally had the amp restored to its original glory.

Unique thing is the lead boost and the tone stack controls were different. Has the original blue boards just like you guys may have seen in the original Snorkler that Jerry Cantrell used. It has a tube buffered effects loop with send and return levels that Reinhold added.

Very awesome amp, I am pretty amazed. Not suprised that Reinhold would mod something to make it sound killer but wow.

I want this amp haha.


Are the knobs Gain, Volume, Low, Mid, High, Master in that order?

Think the knobs are still Marshall from l to r : presence, bass, midz, treble, Master & Pre, with lead boost & brite mini toggles.

Hey EXP, are the input jacks still high/low sensitivity ?
 
That sounds wicked. It would be great to hear the range on the gain knob. Not that it really matters though since I can't run out and buy one of these one off's anyway. Dang it.
 
Wanna hear it with some G12M 25 watt Greenbacks or similar.

The PV speaks sound a bit loose.
 
God that slays. Freaking ruthless! Grail tone right there 'far as I'm concerned. The other "snorkler" modded '800 on here sounded sick too. Can't get enough of these clips!
