configure pt to 240v ?????

i have a diezel vh4s pt set up for 230 v mains .but the mains for australia is 240v . could somebody give me the lowdown on changing the pt to suit 240v mains????? please thank you very muchly....cheers arno

Hey mate, Australian mains are actually 230v 50hz like a number of European countries, ie, England, Germany, Austria, etc. So as long as it's ticked on the back of the amp as operating under those voltages/frequencies, I dare guess your amp would be good to run with an Aussie IEC (jugplug) just plugged in the back of it. My VH4 is 230v and my schmidt is 240v, both run fine and sound exceptional.

I'd still suggest waiting til papa weighs in on this issue before plugging in but I'm 99% sure you'd be good to go.
