That looks killer! Especially considering I was expecting it to look like a Snapper lawn mower. :D

Lol…. Right? I don’t get the snapper name, but the first thing I think of is a mower.

That is badass....I figured out how to get that type of finish too ? I stumbled onto Unicorn Spit gel stains and their metallic sparkly stuff. I’ve got two bodies almost done, not in that style but the results are pretty cool. Get on the googly box and search unicorn spit images and you’ll see what I’m talking about ?

Love to see your results! Maybe you’d consider selling one? Just a thought. I’m always up for another project.

as with every guitar that has it, the gold hardware totally ruins it

I’m normally with you. I hate gold hardware on most guitars, especially Les Pauls. On this guitar it didn’t stand out. I was just captivated by the colors in the body honestly. But I get it. Black hardware would look really cool too.

Wow that looks like one of those oval rocks (like in the Scorpions guitarist's guitar)

Never seen that bridge.
I can't zoom on it but Gotoh has all sorts of combinations of 2-screw vs 6-screw with bent saddles vs block saddles and all the typical materials like brass, stainless steel, etc. And Gotoh is good stuff ime. And its from Japan.

I don't mind gold hardware. It'll depend on the guitar it's on, of course. And on this particular one doesn't bother me.
Another one I do like the gold hardware is on the Lizzy Hale sig Explorer. Both the black and the white ones. The gold looks pretty cool. The white one is super classy with the gold hardware.
I believe my favorite finish was Paul Stanley's Iceman in broken glass. I was a big Kiss fan during my childhood and in my youth, and I remember the first time I saw a picture of his with that guitar.
It's easily on my top five favorite looking guitars of all time.

I dig some of these epoxy resin finishes. Resin is sometimes used to fill top woods like Poplar and other Burl tops. I have one. Not the one below. This is like the one you posted. Epoxy/Resin Top.

Seen a lot of epoxy tables that look like that.

Snapper = Yssup !

Cool looking ESP, gold HW et al.

That is pretty. ESP have done some cool multi color burl tops and resin infused tops in recent years that are pretty stunning. There are a few other builders I see on reverb using multi color burl finishes and resin infusion, there are some really creative people doing really cool stuff in finishes these days. I also like the multi color suhr drip stuff. Most seem to be two color but there are some 3 or more color that are really cool looking.
