Couple pictures of the Les Paul my friend made

I post these things here because it blows me away that he can do such an amazing job with the guitars he makes. He's not one to brag so I'll do it for him. He sold this one before I could play it. A guy came over to just look at the guitar and ended up going to the bank and bought it that night. I know a lot of you hated the Arch Top I posted pics of last time so I hope you like this one better. The pickups were just put in it so it could be played and heard, he ended up putting a set of WCR's with covers in it that the buyer had.

One of the best LPs I've seen. If your buddy could perfectly bookmatch a flame top LP, have him email me, I want one

I've always wanted a LP with a top but Gibson just doesn't bookmatch them and I am really picky about that, almost ridiculously picky.

I posted this the other day but here's a top that he's started and now he's got it glued to the body. I live 5 minutes from his house so I get to see these things from the begining and become such beautiful works of art. And Hoff, yes he can, he will build it to your exact needs.

Looks amazing. I love the custom build stuff since I prefer my Les Pauls with jumbo frets. I also considered having a Les Paul made with a compound radius fretboard like on Jackson guitars. All the tone of a Les Paul, with the playability of a shredder.
