I just got a text the other day asking if my wah was still for sale. I replied back, but never heard from him again. I guess he just wanted to make sure my post was real.

I'm pretty pissed at this point so I find some things that he's selling online, set up a fake hotmail and say I'll take everything(Marshall JMP-1, Mesa 2:90, Marshall 100/100, bunch of TC rack effects and power conditioner etc...) at asking price. I told him that I'm from an hour east of Montreal and would like to meet him in Montreal(2 hour drive for him) and he agrees. I communicate with him on this email account up until the time that he tells me he's at the meeting place but doesn't see me. He tells me what he's driving and I told him I see him and he slowly starts to think he's going crazy. I describe him perfectly(because as I said before, I'd already met him) and ask him why the hell he won't acknowledge me and he flips out, asking me my for cell number. So I give him the number for a gay sex adult store.

That's the last I heard from him, hope he had a good time in MTL..... :thumbsup:

someone wanted to trade me a Valve Train Spring Thing reverb unit for my peavey classic 50. several emails go, deal is pretty much made, dude falls off earth.
 
Between the "Is this still for sale" email replies to my ads, and the lack of any response to ads offering good gear at lower-than-usual prices, it's the silly season for CL right now.

I still post on CL, but I do face-to-face deals only.

I tell you guys the time a Guy was going to buy My whole rig? Had me drive 2 hours to Montreal and he never showed up!!
