Culinary Challenge #20 (Baby Back Content)

My last working day for the year was yesterday (Woo Hoo!). So much vacation - so few opportunities to take it. I’ll still work 3-4 hours a day to stomp out grass fires (fuck me), but I digress…

It’s a big sport's weekend. IU basketball at noon. IU (football) yea! plays Ohio State ( fuck you 😘) tonight for the Big 10 Championship and Colts play tomorrow (need a win, you dicks) 😀

I digress again… Two racks of ribs rubbed, wrapped and refrigerated until tomorrow. If weather permits ( snow is coming, it probably won’t), I’ll finish them on the grill. If Mom Nature is a bitch (more times than not…), I’ll lather with sauce and broil for the finish.

I am 100% rooting for Indiana...what a moment. Get those ribs candy coated...lets fuckin go!!!
 
I don't give a single fuck about sportsball, but i love some baby back ribs!
 
Two hours and 45 minutes at 350 degrees (F). Rested for 30 minutes and the lathered with Kinder (original) BBQ sauce and back in the oven for 30 minutes…

Yum… Would have preferred a finish on the grill. But it’s 20 degrees and I’d need to shovel snow away from the Weber…
