Home made pretzel bites. The (local) kids are coming over today for meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brown sugar baby carrots. The Mrs is cooking that. Going to play some Xbox golf. Don’t judge me - it’s 4 degrees, snowing and we’re two weeks into the longest cold streak in 2 decades… Fuck winter.
But, I digress. I suck at baking, but I’ve wanted to give home made pretzels a go. Can’t / don’t want to go outside, so perfect day. Going into the oven, they look like scallops. I may be F’d
